On 21 May 2026, the students of the 2nd batch (Semester 8) of the B.Sc. in Avionics Engineering program made an educational visit to the CAAB Radar at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA). The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to the technical and operational aspects of radar systems, enhancing their understanding of the Radar System Engineering course in their curriculum. The visit was accompanied by Air Commodore Dr. Mohammad Akhtar Jamil, Chairman of the Department of Avionics Engineering, along with other faculty members of the Department of Avionics Engineering, AAUB.
