Electrical Circuit Lab

The Electrical Circuit Lab at BSMRAAU, facilitated by the AE (Avionics) and AME (Avionics) departments, is a well-equipped learning environment for students to gain practical experience in circuit analysis and electronics. The lab features six workstations, each equipped with essential tools and devices for hands-on experimentation. Available equipment includes DC and three-phase power supplies, function generators, breadboards, multi-meters, watt-meters, and oscilloscopes. Additionally, a variety of electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors are accessible for use in experiments. To ensure a thorough understanding of circuit principles, the lab is equipped with PCs that allow students to simulate experiments before carrying them out practically. This dual approach helps students grasp theoretical concepts and reinforces learning through real-world application. Typical experiments performed in the lab include fundamental principles such as Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's voltage and current laws, and various circuit analysis techniques. The Electrical Circuit Lab serves as a vital educational facility at BSMRAAU, providing a hands-on learning platform that enhances the understanding of electrical principles and prepares students for advanced studies in avionics and related fields.
