Faculty of Avionics Engineering In Avionics Engineering
Wing Commander Tajmihir Islam Teethi was commissioned in Engineering branch of Bangladesh Air Force on 01 December 2008. She obtained Bachelor of Science (Aeronautical Engineering) degree from Military Institute of Science and Technology in 2012. She attended different professional courses at home and abroad. Some of the mentionable courses are: Air Force Command Information System Technology and Management Course from Air Force Engineering University (Xian, China), Post Commission Professional Course (Officers’ Training School), Repair, Maintenance and Overhaul Course on L-410 Aircraft (Czech Republic) and Junior Command and Staff Course in BAF etc. She graduated from Defense Services Command and Staff College in 2019.She served in UN Peace Keeping Mission as Planning and Project Officer at Force Headquarters, MINUSMA, Mali.
Wing Commander Tajmihir, during her service career served in different appointments such as Officer-in-Charge Airborne Armament Flight of Armament Squadron BAF Base Birsreshtho Matiur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge of L-410 flight of 103 ATTU, Officer-in-Charge Static Communication Sqn of BAF Communication (Unit), Unit Technical Officer of ADOC and Officer-in-Charge Radar Squadron of BAF Base Paharkanchanpur etc. She also performed instructional duties at BAF Academy and Officers’ Training School. She is presently serving as Program Co-ordinator, Aeronautical Engineering Department of Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh (AAUB), Dhaka.
